These terms cover the Unfaced app, the website unfaced.site and the members' community. By buying a plan or using the app you agree to them.

What you get

A plan gives one person the right to use the Unfaced app on the number of PCs the plan allows, with the styles, exports and features listed on the pricing page, for as long as the plan is paid. The free trial is for one person, once, on one PC.

Claude

Unfaced builds videos with Claude Code running on your PC under your own Claude account. You need your own Claude subscription and you are bound by Anthropic's terms for it. Unfaced does not provide, resell or share Claude access.

Your account

Your plan is for you alone. Don't share your account, sign-in codes or style packs, and don't try to get around the plan's limits or the app's protections. If you do, we may suspend the account without a refund.

Your videos

Your projects stay on your PC. The videos you make are yours to post and monetise. You are responsible for what they say and show, and for any music, images or footage you add yourself.

Styles

Styles (their skills, models, textures and sounds) are licensed to you for making videos while your plan is active. They are not yours to copy, resell or share, and they are removed from your PC when your plan ends.

Payments

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Creem (and, for UPI in India, Dodo Payments), who charge you, add the taxes your country requires and issue your receipts. Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Changes and availability

We improve Unfaced often and may change features. We try to keep it running but can't promise it never stops. If we make a change that takes away something you paid for, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the current month.

Liability

Unfaced is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.
