We want you to be happy with Unfaced, and the free trial is there so you can try before you pay.

First payment

If Unfaced isn't for you, write to support@unfaced.site within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it, as long as you've exported no more than 3 videos.

Renewals

Cancel any time from your account page and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund months that already started, unless something on our side kept you from using the app.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through our payment company. A refund ends the plan at once, and styles are removed from your PCs.

Card disputes

Please write to us first. We'll sort it out faster than a dispute, and a dispute pauses the account while it's open.
