We collect as little as we can. This page says exactly what, and why.

What we keep

Your account: your email, your plan and its dates, and the ids the payment company gives your purchase.
Your PCs: a random id the app makes, the PC's name, when it was last used, the app version, and the country it connects from (as told by our network provider, Cloudflare). This is how the plan's PC limit works.
What happened: sign-ins, plan checks, exports (count and quality) and style downloads, with time and country. We use this to count exports, keep accounts from being shared, and fix problems.
The community: your Discord id, if you join the members' community.
Crash reports: when the app breaks, what broke, where in the code and the app version, with paths, emails and keys removed first. You can switch this off in Settings → General.

Your projects, scripts, voiceovers, videos and your conversations with Claude stay on your PC. The app does not send them to us.

Creem (and Dodo Payments for UPI): your payment, under their privacy policies.
Cloudflare: runs our server and stores the data above.
Resend: sends our emails (sign-in codes, receipts of your plan).
Discord: if you join the community.
Anthropic: Claude Code runs under your own Claude account. What you send to Claude is between you and Anthropic.

We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

Account data while you have an account. Activity history for 12 months. Ask us to delete your account at any time: support@unfaced.site.
